Sadly our Christmas Party had to be cancelled due to snow that very morning.
Our January meeting found us enjoying a very interesting talk on Homeopathy by Sheila Oxspring. She is available for consultations if necessary. Delicious refreshments were provided by Judy Richardson and Rosemary Tilt.
Our February meeting speaker will be D. Wornham who will be talking about the Canal & River Trust. Refreshments will be provided by June Parker and Di Pardoe

December meeting
Sadly, the Christmas meal had to be cancelled at the last minute due to the snow falling - we did not want to risk any falls or accidents on the way to the meeting.
Further info will follow in due course, meanwhile enjoy the snow!
Meetings of the Dodford WI are held on the second Friday of each month (except August) at 7.30pm in the Dodford Village Hall, and visitors will be made welcome, and for potential members the first visit is free.
At our November meeting Janis Bell joined us with a talk and demonstration making Focaccia Bread. Refreshments were provided by June Parker and Di Pardoe.
Friday 9 December is our Christmas Party, when the committee will provide hot food with members contributing either salad or puddings. Please bring your own cutlery/plates/dishes/glasses and drink. Don't forget your Secret Santa Sock where each member brings a pair of socks: one containing a small gift (£2-£3) wrapped in Christmas paper and inserted inside the sock. The other sock will be placed in a container to become a lucky dip.
